• Independent processing from the invoice to the debt collection up to the loss certificate in your own area of responsibility (property and personal insurance)
• Versatile telephone and written customer contacts including finding individual solutions to financial bottlenecks
• Processing of payouts, rebookings, write-offs and clarification of special cases
• Interface function to distribution, underwriting, CRM, accounting as well as external bodies such as debt enforcement offices and courts Your skills and talents
• Completed commercial apprenticeship or Equivalent basic training
• Excellent knowledge of German and very good knowledge of French (knowledge of Italian is an advantage)
• 2 to 3 years of experience in debt collection and/or knowledge of the SchKG (an advantage) or 2 to 3 years of experience in the insurance industry in internal sales or customer service
• Reliable, resilient and open-minded personality
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Openness to change, enjoys customer contact and good communication skills
• Dedicated team player with a good dose of humor
