Our sales consultants support end customers, specialist partners, architects and planners in the implementation of projects in the areas of doors, door automation and security technology. For our location in Rümlang, we are looking for a committed personality as a technical specialist* in sales internal service.

Opening the Door to Your Future: Your Tasks

• Creation of offers and order confirmations for the assigned sales consultants in Salesforce and SAP
• Independent processing of customer requests in cooperation with the sales team
• Telephone customer support and processing of the general mailbox
• Collaboration in internal projects of the internal service as well as general administrative tasks
• Deputy within the sales team in case of absences

Hence, we trust you: your capabilities

• Commercial or technical training completed
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, ideally in the building industry
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Knowledge of French and/or Italian is advantageous
• Secure handling of SAP and ideally Salesforce
• Structured and self-responsible working method, teamwork and customer orientation
