- o Support the establishment of specific programmes around patient trajectories and contribute to their articulation between the various devices in the sector
- o Ensure clinical consistency between the various devices in the outpatient sector
- o Organize collaboration and multidisciplinary work with external NPC partners Clinical practices and quality of care
- o Contribute to the evaluation and continuous improvement of clinical practices Planning and strategic development
- o Participate in defining the ambulatory sector's strategy and its evolution according to cantonal needs, as well as in projects to improve quality and the care chain
- o Develop the necessary plans and programs to achieve the goals set by the Medical Directorate and the Department of Advanced Age o Support and optimize outpatient pricing measures Guidance, training and research
- o Provide supervision, evaluation and post-graduate training to service physicians o Participate in ongoing training and supervision activities o Encourage clinical research projects
