Main responsibilities
- You work closely with our HF/FH nursing staff in a tandem model and look after our patients together as a team
- In everyday nursing care, you respond sensitively to the needs of patients and impress with your high level of social skills
- A state-of-the-art clinical information system supports you around the clock and maps the entire patient process digitally, clearly and up-to-date at all times
- Your focus focuses on rehabilitation care and supporting our patients in the rehabilitation process.
