Tasks

• Professional, organizational and personnel management of the field of clinical chemistry and immunology
• As a member of the institute management, you actively shape the strategic and operational development of the Institute of Laboratory Medicine
• Ensuring high-quality, economical and timely laboratory diagnostics
• Responsibility for the organisation and coordination of 24/7 laboratory operations including personnel deployment and service planning for around 17 BMA
• Ensuring and continuously developing quality management and related quality standards
• Introduction, validation and optimization of new methods, analysis systems and work processes
• Collaboration in operational laboratory operations

Profile

• Degree as biomedical/r analyst/in HF or biomedical/r laboratory diagnostician/in FH
• Several years of professional experience in clinical chemistry and/or immunology
• Leadership experience, corresponding further education or motivation and willingness to assume leadership responsibility
• Experience in Quality Management
• High level of expertise, excellent organisational skills and a structured and reliable working method
• Appreciative leadership, strong communication and enjoyment of interprofessional cooperation
• Openness to innovation and enthusiasm for the continuous development and optimization of processes
