For the side books department at the Triemli site, we are looking for a committed and resilient personality immediately or by agreement.

Tasks

• You ensure a proper accounting of debtors including debt collection.
• You take on the responsibility and management of 4 to 5 employees in debtor accounting / debt collection.
• Your main tasks include the accounting of financial accounting offences in the area of debtors, the monitoring of the dunning system incl. Debt collection activities and ensuring a regulated accounts receivable (monthly and annual accounts).
• Furthermore, your tasks include actively advancing IT solutions in the area of debtors and project work to improve debtor processes.

Profile

• Commercial teaching or commercial school and degree at the level of university of applied sciences and/or federal law. FA Accounting Officer* or similar
• Experience in accounts receivable (health experience beneficial)
• Good leadership skills and a secure appearance
• Humanity and humor
• Very good MS Office knowledge, especially MS Excel, SAP FI/CO and SAP IS-H as well as general IT affinity
• Flexible and resilient personality with conscientious working methods
