- Your Key Responsibilities: Participate in the definition, structuring and validation of project frameworks (objectives, scope, deliverables, resources, planning) in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate the various phases of project deployment, from design to implementation, ensuring timeliness and budget.

- Coordinate the various phases of project deployment, from design to implementation, ensuring timeliness and budget.
- Establish and lead project monitoring bodies, produce regular and clear reporting to HR Directorate and steering committees.
- Identify risks and opportunities, propose action plans and innovative solutions to ensure project success.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies within the HR Department.
- WHAT ARE THE CLES OF YOUR SURVEY IN OUR HOUSE?
- With a graduate degree (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources, Project Management, or equivalent, you ideally justify experience in HR project management acquired in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- This experience has allowed you to develop a solid knowledge of the issues of operational excellence and collaborative experience.
- You master project management methodologies and have excellent knowledge of HR processes.
- You are also comfortable with office tools (Pack Office, including Excel and PowerPoint).
