- Identification and active initiation of appropriate measures (e.g. obtaining and evaluating medical reports and assessments)
- Independent verification of the performance requirement and calculation and orientation of daily allowances
- Coordination with internal and external interfaces such as B Care management, medical network, social insurance etc.
- Writing individual written correspondence and conducting demanding telephone conversations with insured persons, corporate customers as well as authorities and doctors This sets you apart
- Basic commercial education and medical knowledge completed
- Several years of professional experience in personal insurance, preferably sickness allowance or accident insurance
- Good handling of work pressure/quantity as well as emotional stress
- Flexible, communicative and customer-oriented personality with strong networked and cross-divisional thinking
- Very good oral and written expression in German
