Du förderst und entwickelst eine personenzentrierte Praxis sowie die klinischen Kompetenzen der Pflegefachpersonen weiter.
Du berätst und unterstützt die Pflegefachpersonen u.a. im Rahmen von Fallbesprechungen, Bedside-Teachings und Pflegevisiten – besonders bei komplexen und anspruchsvollen Situationen.
