- April 2027 or by arrangement a foreman.
As a foreman in the district of Nord 2, you are responsible for the planning and organization of care and maintenance of the green areas in the greater Wipkingen area.
Tasks
- They lead 5 to 6 employees professionally and carry the personnel management responsibility for them and their teams. They are also jointly responsible for the practical training of our learners
- They plan and organize demanding maintenance, maintenance, gardening and landscaping works such as planting, seeding and pruning as well as plant nutrition, plant protection and plant use and coordinate their implementation
- They ensure the professional and natural care of the assigned green areas and are responsible for the quality of the work carried out
- They ensure that machinery, equipment and tools are used, maintained, maintained and cleaned properly
- They collect offers, coordinate and accompany external service providers, create reports and take on administrative tasks
Profile
- You have completed training as a gardenerin EFZ specialisation gardening and landscaping as well as further training as a gardener in FA, green area specialist* or equivalent training
- They bring experience in the care and maintenance of versatile gardens or public green areas, very good plant knowledge as well as experience in dealing with various machines and equipment with
- You have leadership experience and bring strong organizational and planning skills
- You work independently and responsibly, communicate clearly and understand your work as a service for the people and the green in Zurich
- Good MS-Office knowledge and a category B ticket are required. Category BE is beneficial, but can also be caught up
