Canton of Zurich Directorate of Justice and Home Affairs Correctional Services and Reintegration Medical Service Springer:in Medical Service (MPA, FaGe or qualified nurse) 40 - 100% Correctional Services and Reintegration (JuWe), as part of the Directorate of Justice and Home Affairs of the Canton of Zurich, is responsible for the execution of sentences and measures as well as the implementation of the various types of detention. For our 1,400 employees from around 40 professions, the successful social reintegration of people who have committed crimes and the prevention of relapses are of particular importance. The Medical Service is one of eight main departments at JuWe and is the central organization responsible for the basic medical and somatic care of all incarcerated people in the institutions of the Canton of Zurich. With around 90 employees, it ensures medical care from the initial assessment through treatments to emergency care and supports the incarcerated people in their everyday lives with health issues. In order to strengthen our medical service, we are looking for flexible personalities as jumpers with a fixed workload and working days - for assignments in various prisons in the canton of Zurich. This is your sphere of influence

• You work as an MPA, FaGe or dipl. Care in different facilities.
• You will take on assignments for holiday replacements, longer absences and to support bottlenecks and high workloads, including administrative tasks such as performance recording
• You are willing to change your place of work, even at short notice, and have the necessary flexibility for changing locations
• You work closely with various professional groups in the prison and quickly adapt to new work environments
• Depending on your job profile, you will take on medical, nursing or administrative tasks and contribute to a smooth everyday working life. This is what you bring with you
• You are qualified. Nursing specialist HF/DN II, health specialist EFZ or medical practice assistant/medical practice assistant EFZ
• You work independently, responsibly and appreciate a varied working day
• You quickly find your way around new work environments and approach different people and situations with openness
• You are flexible and willing to work at various locations in the canton of Zurich
• A category B driving license and your own vehicle are an advantage
• In addition to very good knowledge of German, other language skills are an advantage
