Tertianum Etzelgut is located on a quiet side street in the middle of Zurich-Wollishofen. This modern home has spacious single rooms in the nursing department and a specialized residential group for people with dementia. The restaurant is also open to external guests 365 days a year.

Team leader Dipl. Nursing professional HF/FH/DNII 80 - 100%
Their tasks
- Personnel and professional management of the care team for 23 guests
- Co-responsibility in recruiting new employees
- Planning and leadership of team meetings as well as participation in interdisciplinary reports
- Responsible for the organization of station processes, implementation of work processes and service planning with Polypoint PEP
- leadership and control, participation as team leader in the nursing report, nursing discussions and
- Co-responsibility for the implementation of internal concepts
- Active participation in the further development of care services in the company
- Holistic care and care of the guests in the sense of our care mission statement and the care process
- Assumption of tasks as day-to-day responsibility and caregiver
- Assuming tasks as a topic carrier/in a specialist topic and thus participating in the group-wide network on care quality
Your profile
- Completed training for/for dipl. Nurse FH/HF/DNII or equivalent training recognised by the SRC
- Professional and leadership experience in long-term care is beneficial
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoying multiple challenges
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing
- RAI – Knowledge of advantage or willingness to attend the courses, coordinator and supervisor (paid)
