Tasks
What tasks await you as Project Manager Sanitary (m/f/d)?
- Project planning, devising and execution planning of sanitary facilities
- Preparation of schemes and submissions and preparation of calculations
- Project management and support during implementation
- Coordination of the planning team in the respective project phases
- Collaboration with building owners, GU/TU, architects and specialist planners as well as managing project meetings
- Ensuring quality, costs and deadlines across all project phases
Requirements
What requirements do you bring with you as project manager Sanitary (m/f/d)?
- Training as a technician (m/f/d) HF/TS or several years of professional experience in an adequate position
- Experience in planning and realizing sanitary projects
- Good knowledge of MS-Office, as well as CAD (Nova), ideally experience with BIM
- Self-employed and structured working methods
- Enjoy working with different project participants
- Very good knowledge of German
