Requirements
- You have overall responsibility for the quality, effectiveness and further development of nursing in the areas of epileptology and neurorehabilitation and ensure patient-oriented, high-quality and cost-effective service provision.
- You develop and implement a forward-looking nursing strategy and drive key topics such as skill-grade mix, modern working and deployment models, and the digitalisation of nursing processes.
- Together with your management team, you promote a contemporary leadership and team culture, support the further development of the nursing division through upcoming change and transformation processes, and strengthen interprofessional collaboration with the medical and therapy departments.
- You consistently further develop Klinik Lengg as an innovative training institution at secondary and tertiary level and are committed to attracting, developing and retaining qualified professionals.
- As a member of the Executive Management, you actively shape the strategic development of the clinic and represent the interests of nursing at corporate level.
We offer
- Completed training as a registered nurse at HF/FH level or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, supplemented by a MAS in Nursing Management / Nursing Leadership or a comparable field.
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in healthcare, with a proven track record in a comparable management role, ideally at the level of Director of Nursing or CNO.
- Proven experience in leading change and development processes, as well as a passion for successfully guiding organizations and people through transformations.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, strong execution skills, and a pronounced understanding of business management interrelationships and the efficient use of resources.
- Strong social skills, excellent communication and conflict-management skills, as well as the ability to bring together diverse interests constructively.

Klinik Lengg AG in Zurich is the center of excellence for epileptology and neurological rehabilitation.
