- Together with the station management, you are responsible for achieving the annual goals
- Together with the Head of Development, you are involved in projects and define processes
- Where necessary, you will conduct training courses on specific subject areas in the team
- You are committed to implementing the treatment mandate and use interdisciplinary cooperation to ensure a patient-oriented treatment process Requirements:
- You have a tertiary degree in social pädagogik HF/FH and professional experience in the child and jibe psy iatric area or a comparable field of work
- CUS degree in a psychiatric subject of advantage
- Authentic and trustworthy personality with high social competence
