The Office for Youth and Vocational Guidance (AJB) is responsible for child and youth assistance as well as career guidance. Our work focuses on children, young people and families. We work for them daily with a lot of heart and commitment. Tasks The office of the districts of Hinwil, Meilen, Pfäffikon and Uster, provides a regional office for school social work. On behalf of schools, she is responsible for the personnel, professional and administrative management of school social workers. We are looking for a head/manager (65%) for the management/specialist supervision of school social work in several municipalities in our region from 1 August 2026 or by appointment. They are part of the four-member team of the Regional Office SSA and the workplace is located in Wetzikon. They lead the school social workers in terms of personnel and/or technical and management of cross-community departments for the networking of school social workers among themselves and with school-related services. They cooperate with the school management, the kjz (children's and youth assistance centres) and other specialist centres. They contribute actively to the development of school social work and youth assistance in the region and participate in the tax groups of the municipalities concerned.

• Requirements
• University degree in social work or equivalent
• multi-years of sound experience in school social work, consulting and management training of benefit
• high skills in the areas of prevention, crisis intervention and child protection
• negotiation and communication skills, performance skills, good oral and written expression skills
• joy in leadership at distance and very good self-management
