We are looking for committed support to ensure and further develop the joint controlling of both clinics.

YOUR TASKS

• Preparation of the monthly accounts, commentary on the monthly reports as well as analysis and interpretation of the cost center and cost carrier calculations of the two clinics and the outpatient operation center
• Provide meaningful reports, analytics and cockpits to manage business and profitability for the financial manager, performance management and operational management
• Implementation of the planning and budgeting process within the clinics (OPEX and CAPEX)
• Delivery of financial and performance statistics according to statutory and group-wide requirements (ITAR K, BfS, PSA et al.), Rekole certifications and audits
• Support of the clinic in the preparation of business plans and investment calculations, the parameterization of the cost accounting, independent processing of AdHoc inquiries and cooperation in cross-divisional projects as a financial/controlling representative

Your profile

• Technical/university degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on controlling
• Several years of experience in controlling (experience in health care beneficial)
• Strong analytical thinking, user-friendly communication skills and flexibility
• Reliable, proactive and timely working methods as well as a high degree of independence and teamwork
• Very good IT knowledge (MS Excel, SAP, BIC3)
• Very good German skills and good English skills
