In our Payments Operations department, you will support internal and national and international payment transactions initiatives. You will help ensure that the Swiss financial centre and thus also the Zürcher Kantonalbank is and will remain a reliable partner in payment transactions today and in the future. Your tasks
- Analysis, creation, monitoring and testing of requirements for transactions in the Finnova settlement application
- Co-responsibility of the technical operation of the applications including incident management
- Creating database evaluations and analyzing optimization potential, for example in processes and STP rates
- Support the specialist company and sales in technical questions and problem cases
- Collaboration with various stakeholders such as product management, specialist bodies, external suppliers, IT architecture and development
Your profile
- University or technical university degree in business administration, banking & finance, business informatics, business engineering or a comparable qualification
- First professional experience as a business engineer, ideally in payment transactions
- Knowledge of agile project management methods, for example Scrum or SAFe
- Affinity to technical and abstract topics such as big data or application interfaces
- High personal responsibility, flexibility and entrepreneurial thinking and acting characterize you
- Very good knowledge of German and English
