For our management location in Bern, we are looking for a committed personality as a business analyst to strengthen our agile team "Digital Work Organization".

This is what you do with us: As a business analyst, you will accompany the further development of company-wide case and task management as well as general search and the digital desk.

These components will be introduced step by step for all core processes as part of the digitalization of furniture.

Together with the product owner, various departments and IT developers, you accompany the team from conception to implementation and successful introduction.

As part of the agile implementation methodology (SAFe/Scrum), you develop solutions, analyze requirements and document them in the form of user stories.

This is what you bring with you

  • Completed higher education or training (university or university of applied sciences) in business informatics, business administration or a comparable discipline
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills
  • Flowing knowledge of German in words and writing
  • Communicative, initiative and team-oriented personality
  • Experience in business analysis and requirements engineering
