- As Business Analyst SAP MM, you will assume professional responsibility for ordering with a focus on reverse logistics (returns, withdrawals, complaints) as well as delivery and delivery processes including interfaces to our external logistics systems.
- You clarify requirements together with the Scrum team, the stakeholders and the business product owner and translate professional needs into implementable user stories and solution concepts
Main responsibilities
- As Business Analyst SAP MM, you will assume professional responsibility for ordering with a focus on reverse logistics (returns, withdrawals, complaints) as well as delivery and delivery processes including interfaces to our external logistics systems.
- You clarify requirements together with the Scrum team, the stakeholders and the business product owner and translate professional needs into implementable user stories and solution concepts
- You accompany the implementation of the requirements in the SAP backend - from store ordering to reprocessing and fulfillment by suppliers and distribution centers
- Your topics also include 3rd-level support tasks within the product team as well as the sustainable and lasting solution of disruptions and optimization of processes.
- Perspectively, you will continue to develop into the role of IT Product Owner for the SAP backend in ordering and increasingly assume responsibility for the prioritization and further development of the product backlog. Requirements
- You have an education in computer science or business administration - ideally as a study with a focus on (business) computer science
- You bring in-depth experience as a business analyst in the SAP environment, ideally in SAP MM as well as in the field of ordering, reverse logistics or delivery processes
- Experience in the retail / retail environment is an advantage
- You are familiar with interfaces to external logistics systems or are willing to familiarize yourself with this topic
- You have already worked in agile teams and feel secure in dealing with Jira and Confluence
