Full description

As Brand Communications Manager, you will help shape the brand presence of Galaxus and Digitec and lead campaigns from order clearance to success monitoring. In addition, you take on the role of Marketing Business Engineer: You bundle marketing needs, translate them into technical solutions and drive automation forward.

• You take responsibility for your campaigns and communication measures – from initiation to production and completion
• You clarify the expectations of the clients, get specialist areas on board early and translate goals into precise briefings with scope, milestones and results.
• As a marketing business engineer, you represent the marketing perspective over product development, translate requirements into technical solutions and drive automation forward
• Kick-offs, workshops and project meetings you plan and moderate and ensure transparent flow of information
• You control project budgets, production costs and forecasts and identify risks early
• Together with the creation team, you will continue to develop campaigns and also tackle production clarifications and partner coordination
• Campaigns based on brand and business goals and derive improvements for upcoming projects
• You get involved in campaign planning and develop our cooperation and processes

Requirements

• 3+ years: Marketing
• Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): Business administration, marketing, communication
• A completed degree in business administration, marketing, communication or similar as well as experience in the independent management of campaigns you bring with you
• Understand brand mechanisms and translate goals into clear briefings and actionable measures
• A high technical affinity as well as experience in structuring professional requirements distinguish you
• You bring different interests together and represent well-founded decisions even in demanding situations
• You structure complex projects and keep an eye on deadlines, resources and dependencies
• You recognise risks at an early stage and find pragmatic solutions – strategic thinking and operational handling go hand in hand
• A good understanding of numbers and responsible handling of budgets distinguish you
• You use data to assess the impact of campaigns and derive improvements
• In new planning and project management tools you will find your way quickly
• Sure you communicate in German, good English and / or French skills are an advantage
