- Processing and invoicing cases of various tariff types
- Resolving customer complaints (patients, insurances, etc.), contacts with guarantors, trusted doctors, and internal and external service providers
- Basic commercial and/or medical training
- Experience in the hospital (billing) sector, social and/or health insurance
Main responsibilities
- Processing and invoicing cases of various tariff types
- Resolving customer complaints (patients, insurances, etc.), contacts with guarantors, trusted doctors, and internal and external service providers
- Ensuring a smooth flow of information and efficient collaboration with medical and administrative departments
- Processing internal and external correspondence Requirements Basic commercial and/or medical training
- Experience in the hospital (billing) sector, social and/or health insurance
Key requirements
- Basic commercial and/or medical training
- Experience in the hospital (billing) sector, social and/or health insurance
- Hands-on mentality in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of KISIM and ERP Navision is a plus
- Organized personality that considers themselves a team player
