• 40% The Vocational School Winterthur (BFS) The Vocational School Winterthur (BFS) is a competence center for social professions and retail trade. Around 4000 students are taught here by about 200 teachers. The school is organized in two departments: the Social Professions Department, in which the professional women and assistants are trained (FaBe) and the Assistants/Assistenten Gesundheit & Soziales (AGS), as well as the General Department of Retail Trade Professions (EFZ and EBA) and Pre-Lecture. Tasks
• Teaching of the skills of action in the field of vocational education KIN in the Department of Social Professions on two days of the week (30-400)
• Working in the department, working groups and projects
• Creating computer-based, practice- and action-oriented teaching units
• Working in the further development of the field of vocational education FaBe
• Participation in internal school events and in-service training in internal school teaching concepts
• Requirements
• Professional education at tertiary level (highest professional level) e.g., Social Work FH (specialized profile of social education), degree in (special) pedagogy / psychology (MSc), social pädagogik HF, child education HF
• Preferably you have an education and several years of experience as a vocational school teacher
• practical experience in the extra-family care area (hort, crib, social pedagogical institutions etc.)
• willingness to teach professional subjects with a high theoretical practice transfer
• team skills, resilience and joy to accompany young people during their vocational training
• joy in innovation
• IT skills and willingness to teach computer-based teaching
