For our idyllic 'Villa Böcklin' we are looking for an engaged and technically competent Dipl. Nurse HF/FH or Health Care Assistant EFZ who, with great passion, takes over the professional training of our trainees. A high percentage employment, 90-100% is possible with direct assumption of duties in nursing. 60-80% refers exclusively to professional training with regulated working hours. You have the choice... Your tasks

• You create learning situations for the trainees, guide them in the departments, document the learning process, provide feedback and evaluate them orally and in writing.
• You plan and coordinate the learning accompaniments independently and work with the trainees on a 1:1 basis.
• You communicate openly and transparently in our education team and nursing teams and take on an important function in the leadership triangle.
• Carrying out treatment nursing activities that are used as learning situations.
• Planning and accompanying doctor visits.
• Electronic nursing documentation using Care-Coach.
• Taking on tasks as a contact person.
• Controlling the nursing process - depending on the level of training of the trainees.
• Leading case discussions - depending on the level of training of the trainees.
• Taking on the daily responsibility together with the trainees.
• Taking on tasks as a theme carrier, technical authority.
• Regulated working hours.

Your profile

• Completed training as Dipl. Nurse HF/FH/DNII, 'FaGe EFZ' or an equivalent training recognized by the CRS.
• Professional experience in long-term care preferable.
• Experience as RAI coordinator preferable.
• A warm and humorous basic attitude.
• Joy in diverse challenges.
• Good German language skills, both oral and written.
• Joy in working with trainees and students.
• A recognized training in the pedagogical field (at least professional trainer course).
