As part of the Education Directorate of the Canton of Zurich, the Office for Youth and Vocational Counselling is responsible for the offers in the field of child and youth welfare as well as in vocational counselling. Our work focuses on children, young people and families. We work for them every day with a lot of heart and commitment. The biz Oerlikon is a cantonal competence center for professional, study and career advice. We are looking for a 60% professional, study and career consultant as of 1 January 2027 or by agreement.

• Your responsibilities: Together with a colleague, you form the specialist agency for specialized career counselling for health professions in the biz Oerlikon. In this role, you will advise customers who are already working in the healthcare sector or are interested in entering this professional field. In addition to individual consultations – also on behalf of RAV or IV – you carry out information events for young people. They supervise information services, participate in trade fairs and maintain diverse contacts.
• Your profile: You are a professional, study and career consultant with completed education and experience in advising adults. Ideally, you will bring experience, knowledge or a healthcare network. They have a high level of performance competence and an independent and efficient way of working with high quality standards. Working in a large organization and with different contacts makes you fun. They work service-oriented, are curious, humorous and strive to find good and practical solutions with customers.
