- Local construction and coordination of the companies involved in the construction
- Control and monitoring of the design from realization to transfer
- Ensuring professional, economic and quality execution
- Active construction site presence and coordination of all participants during the execution phase
- Examination of entrepreneurial bills and handover of construction documentation Date, cost and quality control Creation and monitoring of schedules
- Current cost control and support in project cost accounting
- Examination and approval of reports, delivery certificates and directing works
- Quality control, acceptance and defect management
Key requirements
- Professional qualifications
- Degree as Dipl.
- Construction manager*in HFP or Dipl.
- Technicians*in HF construction planning or adequate training
- Multiannual experience as construction or project manager*in, preferably from industrial, civil or civil engineering in Switzerland
- Experiences in building cost planning, costing, scheduling, contract management, and tendering (devisation)
- Confidence with industry-standard software packages for construction management (Messerli BAUAD, MS-Office, MS-Project)
- Knowledge of construction products, design details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards Personal competencies Leading and assertive personality Self-employed and structured work High durability and responsibility
- Strong communication in the handling of contractors, entrepreneurs and specialist planners
