Your tasks

• Responsible organisation and preparation of medium-sized projects and service businesses in compliance with safety regulations and quality management
• Support and promote smooth and helpful cooperation in the corresponding work team as well as target and performance monitoring (Teamleader from 2 to 8 people)
• Disposition of materials and tools taking into account construction progress and delivery periods
• Management of the construction journal
• Support for acceptance and instruction of users
• Expert advice to our customers as part of the varied area of responsibility

You bring that with you

• You have completed training as an electrical installer: in EFZ and professional experience
• Ideally, you have completed the training electro-team leader:in or are ready to tackle it
• As a team player with a high level of initiative and assertiveness, you lead your employees goal-oriented
• Thanks to your flexible and responsible nature, you also master demanding situations reliably and quality-consciously.
• When dealing with customers and suppliers, you convince through expert communication and negotiation skills
