Zurich Invest AG as the Swiss asset manager of Zürich Versicherung AG is a significant, well-established force in the Swiss market with over CHF 45 billion in assets under management and is supervised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). With currently 38 specialists, the Swiss real estate team manages a real estate portfolio of over 13 billion properties or around 500 properties in 9 investment products over the entire life cycle.

As a client representative (m/f/d), you are responsible for the technical, economic and legal fulfilment of the requirements for investment projects from potential analysis to turnkey handover and lead external total contractors, planners or individual service providers.

As part of the product team, you will work closely with the asset manager and the portfolio manager, and together, based on the product and property strategy, define the nature and scope of the construction interventions.

What you do

• You will develop potential analyses, feasibility assessments, market and location analyses as well as concepts for use variants and product definitions.

• You carry out the technical due diligence in the context of transactions and ensure that opportunities and risks of the objects are assessed in a well-founded manner.

• You plan, organize and carry out study assignments.

• You lead development, renovation and new construction projects and represent the interests of ownership in fiduciary vis-à-vis authorities, planners and companies.

• You take over the ownership of the project administration.

What you bring

• University or technical college degree as an architect or an equivalent education with a real estate or business education

• Several years of professional experience in the Swiss real estate market as well as in managing construction projects across all SIA phases

• High willingness to perform, quick comprehension and a very structured working style

• Organizational talent with implementation and enforcement capabilities

• Excellent French and German skills
