Youth Attorney 100% The five regional youth attorneys examine and assess crimes committed by young people between the ages of ten and eighteen. They conduct criminal investigations and are responsible for executing the protection measures and penalties under juvenile law. For the Jugendanwaltschaft Winterthur we are looking for on January 1, 2027 or by agreement a willing and interested in juvenile criminal law lawyer as Stv. Jugendananwalttin or Stv. Jugendanwalt 100%. These tasks are waiting for you:

• They conduct and conduct criminal investigations against juveniles with limited investigative power.
• In support of ordinary youth lawyers and social workers of the Office, they process proceedings in criminal justice and enforcement of measures under youth law. This is what distinguishes you:

• You could gain at least two years of relevant professional experience as a lawyer, e.g. in court, law enforcement or a related field.
