Would you like to contribute your legal expertise where law and challenging construction projects directly meet? Our legal service functions like an in-house legal department and accompanies our building owner representatives in all building law issues. Their tasks

• They advise our project managers and the management in questions of private and public building law – in particular in procurement procedures and contract issues such as supplementary demands, defects and fee disputes.
• They supervise legal proceedings independently and represent the interests of the Building Construction Office.
• They participate in interdisciplinary projects and working groups of the Building Office or the Building Directorate.
• They shall draft well-founded opinions and requests to internal and external bodies.
• They are responsible for the legal services of the Office and participate in legislative projects. Your profile
• You have a completed law degree (MLaw) and preferably also a lawyer's patent.
• They bring several years of professional experience in private and public building law, in particular in contract and procurement law.
• As part of a small team, you like to work independently and independently.
• In order to provide our project managers and management with the best possible advice, you have a good feeling for addressable and concise communication.
• You keep track of short-term issues as well as longer-term procedures and follow your topics consistently. With us, you can expect a legal activity with exceptional professional breadth: you accompany public procurement procedures for cantonal construction projects and, at the same time, advise on private contractual, fee and liability issues. Through close cooperation with our project managers, you are close to the construction projects and experience directly how your legal advice flows into practice.
