Introduction For a renowned company in the automotive industry, we are looking for a service consultant (m/f/d) for a temporary full-time position. In this role, you are the link between the customer and the workshop and ensure that the service processes run smoothly. You will work in a dynamic environment that offers you the opportunity to use and develop your communication skills and technical knowledge in the automotive sector. Tasks
- Advising customers on services and repairs in the automotive sector
- Preparation of cost estimates and order processing
- Coordination of workshop appointments and monitoring of work progress
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through professional support
- Processing of complaints and customer inquiries
Profile
- Completed automotive training or equivalent qualification
- Experience in customer service, ideally in the automotive sector
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Technical understanding and interest in automotive engineering
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing
