Tasks

• Responsibility for the automation systems (OT) in the areas of bakery, logistics as well as building and infrastructure facilities
• Support for operation in the event of demanding accidents including second-level support
• Operation and further development of the higher-level automation and server systems such as HMI, SCADA, PLS and Data Historian
• Central interface role between operation, technical maintenance, IT and external plant suppliers
• Planning, implementation and management of changes and projects such as optimizations, extensions, modernizations or adjustments in ongoing operation
• Ensuring high plant availability through monitoring, analyses and preventive measures
• Active participation in the preventive maintenance of automation systems
• Contribution of your know-how for professional support of maintenance and project teams
• Take over depending on profile and interest You additionally have tasks in the areas of automation, project management, PLC programming, PLC support, service engineering or process informatics
• Requirements
• Study as an engineer:in FH or training as a technician:in HF in the area of automation technology
• Ideally a completed vocational apprenticeship as an electrician:in or automatic technician:in
• Well-founded experience in the commissioning and programming of PLC and visualization systems, in particular Siemens S7 (Step 7 Classic and TIA Portal) as well as WinCC
• Very good knowledge of the fieldbus systems ProfiNet and ProfiBus
• Experience in the IT-related environment of automation of advantage
• Practice in at least one of the following areas: food production, intralogistics, building technology, process or industrial automation, plant automation
• Experience with networked, modern industrial plant technology
• Practical EMSR knowledge, ideally in special machine construction
• Readiness for pikett service at 2nd level, mostly by remote access (about one day per week, one weekend in five weeks)
