Key requirements
- Als Führungskraft zeichnest du dich durch deine gute Kommunikation sowie deine Teamfähigkeit aus.

- Für diese Rolle verfügst du über eine Berufslehre in der Baubranche (z.B. Verkehrswegbauer:in oder Maurer:in) und Erfahrung im Bereich Fahrbahn.
- Idealerweise hast du die Polier:in-Weiterbildung (POS oder SBV) oder die Ausbildung zur/zum Vorarbeiter:in SBV (VOS) bereits abgeschlossen.
- Du besitzt den Führerausweis Kat. B., von Vorteil gültiger Fahrausweis Kategorie E (Anhänger).
