• Recruitment & support: Responsibility for selection, advice and promotion of learners
• Training Quality: Ensuring and Continuous Development of a Contemporary Training Model
• Concept & project work: Development of concepts as well as dedicated support of projects
• assignment planning: planning and coordinating the assignments of learners
• Establishment and operation of the learning laboratory
• Internal training: implementation of practical training as part of practical assignments
• Implementations & Projects: 10-20% for cross-divisional implementations and project work Your profile
• Completed specialist qualification: housekeeper with a federal certificate, HFP (director/in FM/caretaker/in) and vocational trainer/in
• Strong social skills: empathetic, strong in communication and assertive
• Concept and development competence: experience in concept work and enjoyment of further development of training
• Consulting experience: Resource and solution-oriented support for learners and vocational trainees
• Innovation and knowledge management: familiar with creativity and innovation techniques and structured knowledge management
