- Responsibility for the educational management of learners – from employment to teaching qualification.
- Professional guidance and advice for vocational trainees on the apprenticeships at login and the partner companies – in all questions relating to training.
- Joint development and ensuring a high quality of training with vocational trainees.
- Coordination of basic education, planning of assignments in the various training places and effective implementation of educational concepts.
- Accompaniment of learners in demanding situations as well as leadership of case management and career coaching.
- Assistance in the organization and implementation of events and assumption of moderation tasks if necessary.
This is what you bring with you
- Completed vocational training EFZ and several years of professional experience, preferably in a technical/craft sector
- Recognized higher education at the federal level. Professional card, preferably in the areas of human resources, education or coaching.
- In-depth experience in employment law and/or case management.
- Experience as a vocational trainer: in learners, ideally with knowledge in project management.
- Resilient personality with good networking skills as well as high social skills, assertiveness and strong consulting and coaching skills.
- Minimum age of 25 years.
