- In this demanding function, you independently plan and organize the system training of our calculation program for additional services (ZLPro) as well as other specialist applications.
- You will conduct the training methodically, didactically and efficiently, actively developing the training landscape towards modern blended learning formats.
- With your pronounced flair for knowledge transfer, you support the course participants in a targeted manner and take their individual knowledge into account.
- The preparation and needs-based design of training documents as well as work instructions is just as much part of your daily work as the permanent training through the consultation of the corresponding legal bases and work instructions. Profile
- Professional qualifications and system competence
- In-depth expertise: many years of practice in the relevant area of responsibility as well as in-depth knowledge in the area of additional benefits to the AHV/IV (ZL) and the adjacent social insurances.
