An auditorate at a district court enables people with completed legal studies to enter the civil and criminal justice department in Zurich. The auditorate shall be counted as a net year within the meaning of the admission conditions for the bar examination. Auditorate at Horgen District Court (100%) As an auditor, our pool system gives you insight into all areas of activity of a Zurich district court and works with all our 11 judges and 15 court clerks. They participate in negotiations, draw up the relevant protocols, participate in decision-making reasons and provide legal information. You will get an in-depth insight into procedural law, civil law (e.g. family law, claims including labour law and rental law disputes), criminal law as well as debt enforcement and bankruptcy law. • The wage is based on § 12 of the Auditors Ordinance. The Horgen District Court regularly fills auditor positions throughout the year. Please indicate in the application when you want to start the job. In addition to the planned positions, there are always short-term employment opportunities. The Horgen District Court is a first-instance civil and criminal court with around 60 employees. Approximately 4,000 procedures are processed each year.
