Your main tasks
- A warm welcome for our patients at the department and during the initial interview
- Personal advice on choosing menu and drinks and ordering via iPad
- Guest friendly and professional service for meals, drinks and other concerns
- Ordering food and station laundry
- Miscellaneous hotel work in the patient rooms (making beds, filling up laundry, etc.)
- Close cooperation with care, kitchen, transport and other interfaces
- Responsible for compliance with the specified quality and hygiene standards
- Various administrative tasks
Your profile
- Completed training (EFZ) and/or several years of professional experience in hospitality or catering
- Flexible working hours fit for you
- Very good oral and written knowledge of German (Level C1)
- Dealing with MS-Office is not a problem for you
- You enjoy working independently, love a dynamic environment and are flexible
- Standardized procedures are not a problem for you
- Your heart beats for a courteous service
