VZ is the leading independent financial services provider in Switzerland. More than 30 experts in the field of company succession accompany our customers in the planning and sale of their company within the family, to employees and to third parties. To expand our team in Bern, we are looking for a person who is enthusiastic about the succession of Swiss SMEs.

• You work closely with experienced consultants and mainly accompany family-internal succession regulations and company transfers to employees from A to Z. Situationally, you actively participate in external company sales (M&A).
• You support your colleagues in the preparation of company valuations and succession concepts as well as in the search for buyers, contract negotiations, financing clarifications, tax rulings and contract drafting.
• You show the company owners how they or the company prepare financially best for succession. In particular, you show tax optimization potential (e.g. wage-dividend ratio, dividend subscription/financial planning and pension fund).
• You accompany our consultants in customer meetings, prepare them professionally and process the results.
• Enthusiasm for the world of SMEs
• Completed studies (or shortly before) or comparable training
• Initial professional experience in trust, finance, pension, accounting or controlling
• Analytical thinking and ability to understand complex relationships
• Open and clear communication and enjoyment of contact with all stakeholders
• Regional anchoring and motivation to further develop the successor department in Bern
• An area of activity that requires expertise and puts people first.
• You expand your knowledge continuously and develop step by step into an independent consultant. Meanwhile, we support you with external and internal training (trainee program) that makes you fit for your job.
