We are looking for reinforcements in the Pension Funds Management team in our branch in a central location in Bern.
- You handle varied business cases independently in the pension fund administration and work on projects. The most common business cases are entry and exit of insured, homeownership advance payments, purchases, retirements and various benefit cases.
- You provide insured persons and other stakeholders with competent and independent support in all administrative matters. As the first point of contact, you ensure a reliable, solution-oriented and customer-oriented handling of all concerns in day-to-day business.
- You are responsible for invoicing contributions and processing incoming payments. In addition, you support the accounting in the annual accounts.
- Completed commercial training and ideally professional experience in occupational pension schemes or another (social) insurance area
- Rapid comprehension, as well as a high degree of self-organization and motivation to learn new things
- Interest in occupational provision and a flair for numbers
- Secure communication in German, good oral knowledge in Italian or French is advantageous
- Enjoying a dynamic and service-oriented environment, reliable and structured workflow

Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der beruflichen Vorsorge oder einem anderen (Sozial)Versicherungsgebiet
- Rasche Auffassungsgabe, sowie ein hohes Mass an Selbstorganisation und Motivation Neues dazuzulernen
- Interesse an der beruflichen Vorsorge und ein Flair für Zahlen
- Sichere Kommunikation in Deutsch, gute mündliche Kenntnisse in Italienisch oder Französisch von Vorteil
- Freude an einem dynamischen und dienstleistungsorientieren Umfeld, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
