As an MPA, you are the first point of contact for our patients and ensure a pleasant practice experience. Medbase offers you a dynamic team that values quality and collegiality.
- Reception and care of patients, including agenda planning and appointment coordination
- Performing laboratory tests, EKGs and x-rays
- Assistance with minor surgical procedures
- Management and electronic billing of patient records
- Ensuring smooth practice processes
- Cooperate with the team on administrative tasks
What you bring with you
- Training as a medical practice assistant EFZ
- Willingness to continue training as a vocational trainer and/or in x-ray technology
- Organizational skills and enjoyment of patient care
- Empathy and flexibility
- Teamwork and humor in challenging situations
- Good knowledge of German (at least B2 level)
