In this position, the Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) has the focus on trading and execution activities, acting as a key link between External Asset Managers (EAMs), Relationship Managers (RMs), and internal trading and execution desks.

- Banking apprenticeship or equivalent financial education
Key requirements
- Education and Experience:
- Banking apprenticeship or equivalent financial education
- Experience in a trading support, execution, or client servicing role
- Exposure to financial markets and investment products Professional Skills: Solid understanding of:
- Financial markets, trading processes and instruments Credit, margining and risk considerations
- FX, payments, deposits, and lending services
- Ability to efficiently navigate internal systems and external sources for product and market information
- Familiarity with trading and order management systems is an advantage
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken) Personal and Social Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with strong ownership in risk-sensitive activities
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining precision and composure
- Strong prioritisation and organisational skills
