- Schedule management by agreement
- Contact person and interface for defined OPERA stakeholders
- Independent handling of correspondence with various stakeholders
- Management of document repositories
- Support/assistance in the continuous procurement and analysis of company reports
- Processing of subject-specific questions and administrative tasks on behalf of supervisors
