• Your expertise and experiences are implemented competently and respectfully in primary care
• You perceive the individual needs of the residents and meet them in the best possible and appreciative way.
• They support the self-determination and independence of the residents
• They comply with the hygiene guidelines and also take on domestic activities
• You carry out the care documentation seamlessly and independently

• Completed course as nursing assistant/in SRK
• Several years of professional experience are beneficial
• A natural mindfulness for our residents and their needs, even in demanding situations
• Experience in night service mandatory
• Your self-evident awareness of being part of the team, where mutual support, respect and cooperation are given priority
• Your warmth, combined with a pinch of humor, rounded off with a sense of responsibility and open communication skills
• Good oral and written knowledge of German
