Tasks

Involved in the Dean's team, you support the field of external relations in various communicative and administrative work. Your core tasks include research and preparation of social media posts, the creation and evaluation of surveys, the maintenance of the website and the cooperation in the organization and implementation of events. In addition, if necessary, you can also help in other tasks (e.g. alumni relations or study operations).

Requirements

You are a curious, sociable, committed, creative and tech-savvy personality with an exact and reliable way of working and a quick apprehension. Keep as a careful, organized and service-oriented person They always provide an overview and proactively contribute their own ideas. You work your way into new topics independently and efficiently and do not shy away from hard work. They have already gained initial experience in (company) communication and in dealing with the common social media channels (especially Instagram). Basic knowledge in video production, with video editing or design programs (e.g. Adobe InDesign or Photoshop) and with content management systems are also advantageous. They are also ready to stand in front of the camera. A stylish German and good knowledge in English round off
