Job opening 1 November 2026 or by arrangement, temporary

For our research project on the characteristics of child-oriented language, we are immediately looking for a committed student assistant. We offer insight into a current research project in the field of language learning as well as the opportunity to gain practical experience in scientific research. The work assignment is expected to run from 1 November 2026 until initially 31. January 2027 (prolongable). A workload of about 80 hours is expected. Flexible working hours are possible in consultation with the research team.

Tasks

• Support for the collection and processing of data (voice recordings, questionnaires, behavioral data)
• Interaction with infants and their parents
• Other project-related tasks after agreement

Profile

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program
• You are interested in language acquisition, psycholinguistics and developmental psychology
• Joy of working with children and families
• Strong social and communication skills
• Careful, reliable and independent work
• Mother tongue of Swiss
