The restaurant «The Rise» is located in the Sunrise building in the heart of Glattpark. The modern meeting place offers approx. 100 seats. The integrated bar complements the range of fresh lunch menus and the varied salad buffet with Italian coffee specialties. The on-site team caters for up to 250 guests every day and also handles catering for the meeting rooms and various outlets in the building—from aperitifs to standing dinners. Managed by ZFV-Unternehmungen, «The Rise» promotes climate-friendly and balanced nutrition. The FOOD2050 menu guidance system transparently displays the climate impact of the menus in degrees Celsius of global warming as well as the balance of the dishes. Are you our new team member who will support us as a kitchen assistant from January 1, 2027, or by agreement? You generally work Monday to Friday on the early shift between 07:00 and 16:00. The business is closed on bridge days and over Christmas/New Year. Evening shifts are possible for events. Your task menu:
- Preparation of various sandwiches
- Assisting in the cold kitchen
- Assisting with the preparation of hot dishes
- Preparation of the mise en place
- Regeneration of the dishes
- Support at aperitifs and special events
- Carrying out general tidying and cleaning tasks, support in the dishwashing area Your recipe for success:
