As a university clinic, we combine clinical expertise with research and teaching – in a working environment characterized by interdisciplinary cooperation, trust and personal responsibility. 90% The Management of Care, Therapies and Social Work (Directorate PTS) is looking for a service-oriented and committed personality for the management of the Care and Competence Center, from February 2027 or by agreement, at the Lenggstrasse location. Their tasks
- Support of management Care and competence center in all administrative and organizational matters
- Organisation of meetings, committees and events incl. Preparation and post-processing
- Writing of protocols and tracking of the pendant list
- Management of various storage systems
- Preparation of various evaluations
- Cooperation with other administration teams within the PUK
Your profile
- Completed commercial education and experience in a similar position
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Strong professional, social and self-competence as well as discretion
- Independent, efficient and service-oriented working method with strong networked thinking and action
- Sound IT skills
- Qualification as a vocational trainer and experience in the training of CV learners
