Tasks

• Organisation, coordination and preparation of consultation hours
• Order of missing X-ray images and files of the patients to be asked
• Writing consultation, exit, operation and insurance reports from Diktaphon and recording the data in the system
• Completion of incoming mail and telephone requests
• Close cooperation with the medical team and contact person for their patients

Requirements

• Training as MPA and/or additional training as hospital and medical secretary with professional experience in a comparable position
• Joy of writing and safe application of medical terminology
• A service- and team-oriented way of working and enjoyment of direct patient contact
• Trustworthy, independent and friendly personality
• Very good and stylish knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of English, further language skills beneficial
