Lead Integration & Data Architect 80-100%

Your responsibilities

• You will build our central integration and data platform and develop it further over the long term
• You will create the foundation for «One Data» and connect SAP, HR, care, reporting, and other business systems
• You will be independently responsible for standards and governance for data flows, interfaces, and APIs
• Across the entire system landscape, you will ensure transparency, monitoring, stability, and traceable documentation of the integrations
• You will support strategic SAP, cloud, and digitalization initiatives
• As a point of contact, you will advise the business units on projects and manage external integration partners

Your profile

• Several years of experience in integration, data architecture, or solution architecture, ideally combined with a software engineering background
• Solid practical experience with modern integration platforms, APIs, and data flows; knowledge of WSO2, SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), or comparable enterprise integration platforms, as well as experience in the SAP or cloud environment, are an advantage
• Good understanding of data models, governance, and data quality
• You think entrepreneurially, translate complex requirements into viable solutions, and bring architecture and implementation together
• Analytical and conceptual strength combined with a pragmatic hands-on mentality
• Enjoy building up new areas and shaping them over the long term
